Flower Boy
Flower Boy is the 2nd feature film from the pen of Murder One writer, director and producer Aidey Pugh who took a break from murder mystery events for this semi autobiographical passion project. Following the success of The Goodbye Girl at film festivals world wide (which received 30 laurels and picked up 10 awards including best film, best director, best editor, best child actor in a feature film, and is now on Amazon), Flower Boy is a bullying awareness feature film produced by Murder One involving many of our actors and over 250 other cast and crew and was 2 years in the making. It centres around Reece Berresford in the title role as a timid school boy who finds comfort and solace in a florists, until vicious bully Loretta (played by Danni Shepherd) and her girl gang infiltrate the flower shop and his life before a misunderstanding and theft during a house party set in motion a chain of events which will alter their lives forever…
The film also features Mushy, from C4’s “Educating Yorkshire” who was also sadly bullied for his stammer.
